Let’s be real. We are going through BIG changes. Just over a month ago, our world looked very different from what it does today.
Staying up to date with the latest news is essential. But where do we draw the limit? How much information can we take in without creating ‘dis-ease’ in our body?
I chose to set boundaries, and only take in the essential.
I chose to focus on the beauty that still and will ALWAYS remain, like our beautiful mama nature with its chirping birds, or the abundance of time that is given to me to listen to my voice and my soul’s desires.
